EPA Region 8 Pretreatment Coordinator1990-2007.  Curt directed the CWA NPDES Industrial Pretreatment Program for the Region and was responsible for direct implementation of the program and oversight of state pretreatment programs.

EPA Region 8, Drinking Water Program:  1989-1990.    Mr. McCormick was Team Leader and later Acting Chief of the Safe Drinking Water Act Direct Implementation and Enforcement Section.

EPA Region 6, NPDES Permitting Program:  1987-1989
:  Mr. McCormick was an Environment Scientist and lead on development and implementation of the Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) Program.  He was also part of the NPDES Pretreatment Program in the Permits group. 

Industrial Connections Control Specialist (Pretreatment Coordinator):  1986-1987.  Mr. McCormick directed and implemented the industrial pretreatment program for the City of Sand Springs (industrial side of Tulsa, OK).

Biologist1985 - 1986.  Designed and coordinated field water quality studies for lakes located within the Tulsa District Corps of Engineers District Office.

Research and Teaching Assistant, Oklahoma State University.  1983-1985.  Curt conducted water quality research (Master's Thesis) on the Tar Creek lead and zinc mining area in NE Oklahoma.
