CWACS provides in-depth training for Clean Water Act
program implementation and enforcement. Training sessions are
typically 1/2 day to three days and are limited to POTW and state government
staff. Coursework blends
theory and legal basis, case studies and hands-on with a strong preference
for applied regulatory implementation and compliance. These training
courses will be designed to introduce topics and provide advanced concepts.
CWACS expects that attendees will have an advanced understanding when
completing the training sessions. Host a Workshop: If you are interested in hosting a workshop, please contact us for price and available dates. In general, attendees pay $100-$150 per person per day with a 20 person minimum. |

(1) If you are not a local government employee but work for a city full time under contract, please contact CWACS prior to registering. You may be required to sign a non-compete agreement (excludes the city you are working for). We apologize, but we do not train consultants at this low registration cost. State employees are approved for attendance. We are applying for CEUs/TUs for certain states. State approval cannot be guaranteed. Some states charge a significant fee for this approval. For these states, unless we fill up the class, we cannot cover those costs and keep the registration low. |
